Everyone can feel how busy the modern world has became. There is a consistent storyline of so much to do and so little time. At the same time, we have tremendous cases of mental health and physical health issues on the rise. The need to recharge and rest is not a luxury- it is an act of self-preservation. Grab your birth chart and let's dive into the exploration of how to map out a game plan of what might work best for your unique cosmic energetic blueprint!

There are 3 main houses I would like to delve into that place an importance on taking care of our body, mind, and soul (or inner self):

1st House- Personal boundaries are the protection around our unique energy fields, so how we honor and respect ourselves shows up in our energy levels either thriving or getting drained fast.

6th House- Daily care of our physical body prevents unnecessary illness and dis-ease. Rejuvenation does not require a trip to a spa- carving out time for deep rest is just as healing.

12th House- Resting the mind gives time to tend to the soul or inner self. Mental peace is linked to physical health, and finally the world of medicine is catching up to this.

Cosmic Upkeep through the Fire Signs:

(Note: These are only suggestions- take what you like, leave the rest)

*Aries*

1st House- Using a hard "no" to protect personal boundaries, using energy to focus on personal goals, feeling the freedom of changing directions based on gut impulses, wearing clothing or accessories that inspire confidence and makes one feel super-charged.

6th House- 10-15 min brisk run, decluttering one's workspace or living spaces, completing a do-to list efficiently, and any movement that helps burn off anxious energy. Quick, satisfying meals that refill energy needs.

12th House- Solidary retreat done your way- a drive late at night with loud music, 30mins of an immersive video game alone, solo work on a model or puzzle, or venting into a journal.

*Leo*

1st House- Wearing bold clothing or accessories that express your personality and gives you confidence (even just at home), never diminishing your light to fit into an environment, making time everyday to celebrate what and who brings you joy, and sitting out 10-15mins in the sun to recharge.

6th House- Fun and dramatic workouts like dancing, eating spicy or vibrant meals, and making sure each day is filled with some space for creativity and laughter.

12th House- Solidarity in immersive creative projects like painting or design, enjoying cinematic or dramatic soundscapes or films, and plenty of time alone to daydream and fantasize.

*Sagittarius*

1st House- Blunt and honest boundaries to maintain personal freedom, comfortable and flowy clothing that is easy to move around in, a change of scenery when energy feels stagnant, and permission to self to change mind and evolve as much as necessary.

6th House- Physical activity that feels like an adventure, such as hiking in a new location. Novelty in diet- tacos one day, spaghetti the next. Plenty of time for spontaneous inspiration.

12th House- Philosophical study, grand cosmic concepts, or just getting lost in fascinating tales of exploration and discovery.
